📌 TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 12-month minimum membership Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Clinical suitability applies, all treatments require a consultation and are provided only if clinically appropriate.

• Missed or cancelled appointments may be rescheduled but cannot roll over into the next year unless agreed.

• Filler allocation 3ml total per year. Additional ml charged at your standard clinic prices (minus your 10% gold or 5% silver/bronze member discount).

• Payments are taken monthly by direct debit. Failed payments pause membership benefits and may result in a termination and an outstanding fee.

• Treatment intervals - Anti-wrinkle treatments are typically every 12 weeks. Members will be guided on their personalised treatment plan.
