At Miss Moonlight we operate a strict cancellation policy to protect clinic time and ensure fairness to all clients.

Booking Fee - a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This is deducted from the final treatment cost. Cancellations

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50–100% of the appointment value (depending on treatment length).

• Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future appointments. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment time may be reduced to avoid delays for other patients. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the booking fee will be lost.

Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your booking without penalty. Short-notice rescheduling counts as a cancellation.

Medical Conditions & Illness If you are unwell or have a new medical condition that may affect treatment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Proof may be required for last-minute medical cancellations.

Refunds Booking fees and treatment payments are non-refundable due to the cost of stock, pharmacy items, clinic rent, and the time allocated for your aesthetic practitioner.
